This is a one-time online session for teens who feel overwhelmed, behind, and want to form positive study habits. During the session we build a realistic weekly schedule, set up an effective study system, and create a clear “what to do” plan so studying becomes consistent and productive.
You’ll leave with:
A personalized weekly study schedule built around school, activities, and deadlines
A “what to do in each study block” plan (by subject)
2–3 proven study methods tailored to the student (e.g., active recall, spaced practice, practice questions)
A distraction-proof study setup + phone/tech plan
A procrastination plan (easy-start strategies + accountability + routines)
Best for: overwhelmed teens, inconsistent habits, late/missed work, “I don’t know where to start.”
What to bring: upcoming deadlines/tests, weekly commitments.
Includes: 90-minutes intensive session with a 30-minutes follow-up session to ensure the teen is on track and to address any challenges and tweak, if needed.
